the location was very convenient as it was close to banks, shops and other facilities. Parking was never an issue and the staff were always helpful, from reception to room service and the restaurant staff. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of service. the room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and good facilities.

The shower floors could have been cleaner.

My xmas stay was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds and bedding to keep us warm during the chilly weather. The location was great, near important facilities such as shops and banks. Moreover, the staff were really helpful and showed us around, making our stay hassle-free.

There were some aspects that could have been improved. The cleanliness levels of the rooms needs extra attention - some areas like the shower surroundings and kettle needed cleaning. Another downside was the noise level - we had a neighbor whose snoring kept us up at night. Additionally, we were not informed about breakfast venue and they didn't deliver on the promise to call in the evening for our breakfast menu.
